By accessing or using CartCharts ("Service"), operated by CartCharts ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
CartCharts is a web-based analytics platform that aggregates data from third-party services including Stripe, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity into a unified dashboard with forecasting capabilities.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
CartCharts offers a paid subscription plan with a 14-day free trial. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

The Service connects to third-party platforms using API keys and credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share such credentials and data with us. We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues with third-party services that may affect the Service.
You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CartCharts and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Forecasts and predictions are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CartCharts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
